We’ve had many a person tell us that the Yarn Bomb had ‘Put Cosby on the map’. Well yesterday we were quite literally ON THE MAP!
Thanks to our long time Cosby Crafter and friend Jane, who contacted BBC East Midlands Today, we appeared on their ‘On the map’ feature on the evening news! Jane did a short interview too.
Nat and Jane you did us proud, it was such a lovely piece, and we’ve already spoken to visitors the day after who had specially travelled to see us after seeing it!
AND BEST OF ALL... the weather lady has promised us sunshine on Sunday which is when we’re hosting our Community Togetherness Day on Victory Park (12-4pm - come and spend the afternoon with us!)
Fingers crossed she doesn’t let us down. She did not Sunday was a glorious day and lots of people joined in with the celebrations.
