increasing the benefits.
It really is a great way to meet people, improve fitness and discover new places. A few times a year all the groups join together and so far, we’ve walked in Bradgate Park, Bosworth Country Park, Tur Langton, North Kilworth and Watermead, all followed by lunch at a local pub for those that fancy it. Combined walks are also planned for next year, starting with Market Harborough in January
So, if any of this interests you, why not come and join us at Countesthorpe Library at 11.30am on a Tuesday for an easy walk? More information is available on Active Blaby site under Health Walks. Looking forward to meeting anyone who wants to join us.
